Trip to Langkawi

Langkawi... this is the 2nd time i've visited there. The first was about 10 years ago which i do not really rmb anything... hehe. I have always imagined langkawi to be somewhat like Pj, memory mixed up i guess. When i reached there, it turned out to be something like seremban - a small town with 1 big shopping mall.

We stayed in Awana hotel which is a 4 **** hotel because my mom has vouchers. The hotel was not bad. they had a good sea view. However, the breakfast was not good. lucky thing it's free! =)

First Day
We woke up at 5.40 am n left for KLIA at 6.30 am. We rented a car for 3 days - only Rm 200 and it's 1 month old only. Our first stop was Awana hotel.After that, we went to kuah town for lunch. We ate some super fresh fish - everyone liked it. Then, we visited some duty free shops but did not buy anything. time flies so fast. it was already time for dinner.O.O On the way, we stopped by the beach to enjoy the sea breeze n tried some local laksa. I think it is quite popular because there were quite a lot of people eating there. It was ok only. We went for dinner. Mummy wanted to eat seafood so we specifically looked at seafood shop and found one restaurant packed with ppl. Hence, we decided to try it out. We ordered Lobster, tiger prawn, soft shell crab, fried glass noodles and vegetables. The food was SUPER AWESOME!!!!! All the seafood was fresh and sweet and tasty!! The best seafood meal ever... felt so full that night! The meal cost Rm 447. haha! The lobster itself cost 228! XD

Second Day
We went for island hopping at 9.30am. Today's weather was awesome! Not sunny! but i still grew darker after 3 hrs in the sea. -,- so sad. I saw so many eagles! so cool! I dun think i have ever saw one so near me! After that, we showered and ate lunch - nasi campur. It was super expensive! Went to oriental village and sat on a cable car up to the top of the mountain! it was cool up there, something like Genting temperature. The scenery was so pretty and beautiful! We did not get to see Sunset because it was cloudy. I usually only see this kind of thing in other country, not in malaysia so i was super 0.0! WOW! ahhahaa. Later, we went for dinner at Kuah Town. Seafood again! but this time not so good. hehee..Shopping time! but did not buy anything. Stuff in Langkawi is not cheap because their target buyers are all foreigners. The adults drank wine at night while i drank water! =)

Third Day
Woke up at 10.30am, had bread and juice for breakfast and left for the airport!


We did not managed to go to Eagle's bay due to lack of time. My family took 400 pics in just 3 days! We just love to take pics especially my father! hahahaa..
