mun wai's 18th birthday

Everyone is going to be 18 soon! time flies so fast!

Last friday, we had a "surprise" party for Mun Wai at T.G.I.Friday at sunway pyramid! Unfortunately, it did not succeed * too bad hor john* XD haha! It was also sort of another gathering for everyone of us..This is actually the first time we meet up after college. it's cool! Hope our friendship will still be as close as it is now! =)

i'm currently too lazy to describe that day... so that's about it! XD

john ling-ah-ling bday!


Last friday, Xian hui organised a surprise party for john ling at her house. it kinda failed because only med, me, li lynn n mun wai was there to surprise him. everyone else came later n was surprised by him! they were like, eh? what happen to the surprise party? haha!

anyway, here's what happen at the party.. the guys dumped john into the pool. i was so siao too that i pushed jun yit into the pool. However, they already took john's valuable out. so anyway, Jun yit's phone couldn't work after being soaked in the water for god knows how long n i m suppose to compensate for it... dunno how much though. Haven't discuss about it yet.. really sorry jun yit.It was all because of my stupidity!

feeling down right now

today was just not my day...

first of all, i went to Sunway Pyramid which was supposed to have a lot of nice n interesting things to see n buy but in the end, i just did not feel satisfied or happy about what i bought. It was just not right! i dunno why but it seems like my shopping skills has just decreased tremendously... =(

Secondly, i was quite upset when i heard i wasn't chosen to be a part of ALSCO. However i have to admit that i did badly in the interview, it wasn't me, i just screwed it up sompletely... after i came out, i dun even rmb what i said! haihz.. i just rmb saying something that i shouldn't have said which was Alsco is something like a prefectorial board but more FUN.. BUT! i still feel very happy for those who passed n got in!!! Congrats Mun wai! =) =) =) I'm very sure u will make lots of new friends and enjoy it very much!

Thirdly, at 12 something am today, i did something realllyyy horrible which i already learnt my lesson. guess it passed my bed time! XD but here's the thing: i pushed poor jun yit into the pool when they pushed John in to the pool. So, everything of junyit got wet, including his car keys, HANDPHONE, wallet... haizz... But, i have to take responsibility for my dumb action.. so if his phone does not work after 3 days of drying, there goes my future ang pao money!

feeling so down now....can't believe that tears are actually rolling down while i was writing this post! i need to grow up like seriously man! my immature brains are killing me! where's my positive thinking! guess i can just forget about it for now...

hope i can get some sleep tonight!

My 18th birthday! =)


Mummy: so Elaine, what do you wanna do for your birthday?
Elaine: er... normal la! go have a good dinner.
Mummy: why don't u call all ur friends over to have a small party..
Elaine: dun want la.. so ma fan..just a simple dinner ok edi.
~mummy starts thinking what to eat and what to do for the party~
Mummy: have the party la. you guys can talk about col life too n catch up!
Elaine: hmmm... i will think about it, yea it can be some sort of reunion!
Mummy: decide by tmr so that i can start to plan.
The next day, after thinking for a long time, i decided to have a birthday party. WHY?
1. wanna meet all of my friends who i miss sharing my dbness with =)
2. it's my 18th birthday - legal soon!
3. i kinda wanna hold a bday party 2 years once, n the last time i have a party was when i was 16 years old. 14 not sure! dun keep track of when i have bday parties.
4. excited by the idea of a reunion!
hehee! so i had it on 10th of jan because it was a sat. usually ppl are allowed to stay up till later during saturdays. =) It all started at about 7.30pm. Dinner time! there was asam laksa, claypot chicken rice, cheese cocktail sausages, fried prawn fillet, duck, fruits and longan dessert! We chatted all the way! topics include college, good memories at school, holiday trips, food and the likes!! it was real fun talking to them! i love hanging out/ chatting with friends! haha chatterbox! After that, we played TABOO! it was awesome! my team was happy because we had jun yit and choong hern with us! However, as jun yit did not know the rules, he gave a lot of points to the other team by skipping the cards.. -,- i was like JUNYIT!!! Xd hehee.. i have really had a great time playing taboo! it involves everyone and at the same time, we are improving my speaking skills...

My mom planned to blow the bday cake at 12am exactly, however, jane had to go home at about 10.30pm. So, we decided to blow it at that time. the cake was from secret recipe and it was called apple cheese crumble. it was not really as amazing as i remembered it to be but still quite nice for me!

At 12 am sharp, they started singing a birthday song for me! n i was like why are they suddenly singing again..* we cut the cake before that* then only i realized i m officially 18!!! GOSH! sounds so old! i m legal enough to watch 18sx movies n erm ... go clubbing?!?! haha! THEN! it was my gang's fav time! camwhoring time! everyone took lots of pictures! hahahaa... we chatted until 1 am which was the time that mun wai and li lynn needed to get home if not their mom will slaughter them. So after saying goodbyes, all of them walked to my gate, stopped there and then started chatting again. In the end, they only left at 1.30 am. ^^
I really feel grateful that mummy suggested the idea of having this bday party as i really enjoyed myself. THANK YOU MUMMY DEAREST! n THANK YOU DADDY for making it happen too! =)
