OMGGGG *kills self*

Somehow, I can't really study as productively as in the past! must be the age... now starting with a 2 edi. feeling old. + the effect of not studying for the past almost one year! my brain is dusty. -,-

ARGHHHHHHHHH! even for economics, I used to be so confident on economics and now i m feeling so useless in it! omg... if I get like super low grades, I will be such a disappointment to Mr.Mohan. =( I NEED HIS NOTES! but sadly, it's all the way in Msia... in my friend's house. *sniff sniff* hopes it's still surviving well there and hopefully helping it's new owner to SCORE =D

I can't wait for June 10 to arrive and yet i don't want June 1 to come. Bleh, dilemma. Dunno to be happy(going home in less than 4 weeks Woohoo! =D) or sad ( next exam's in less than a week n not much has been covered =( .

I should go back to studying economics. BAH! You can do this Elaine! =)

First year exams:

OK this is a bit late but WOOHOOO! 2 papers down, FIVE more to go. -,- Financial management was relatively alright for me. Hopefully I can score relatively well in it.... *prays* at least a first! =)

HOWEVER, omg.... BSPC was SHIT! pure shit. I don't even know what i was writing on... i just really really really hope i don't fail. =( It was actually very bad. I would have gone back to my room and sulk and probably beat myself up for not taking bspc more seriously. but thank god for Eugene's birthday being the next day = i had things to keep my mind off thinking about me screwing up BSPC. =( but i was jus thinking about it just now, the probability of me actually failing it is so high. It's so scary =(

But anyway, i practically spent my whole afternoon and night doing Eugene's present. was super tired cos i slept very little previous nights studying... Hais the sacrifice i do for my future housemate... *wink eugene* =P

Eugene's Surprise*failed* 21st Birthday:

It was Eugene's 21st Birthday party, hence, the need for something special. =) we had lots of ideas... *mostly from me, haha scheming queen! =P first there were water balloons, then buckets of water, then turning his room upside down, then water with flour, then throwing eggs, ahah! ok i m quite evil. In the end, we settled for throwing water with flour.

So we gathered in Michelle's room around 11.30pm, bitching about Eugene. =P ahha just kidding. Our group has a group skype convo and he was asking where everyone disappeared to. so all of us decided to sign into skype on our phone to 'layan' him, to make it NOT SO OBVIOUS... hhaha! all of us even wished him individually at 12 am...

But anyway, after Kok Din arrived (he overslept -,-), we left for Heronbank! =) and while confirming our plan outside his room, we realized we FORGOTTEN TO BRING THE FLOUR!!! -,- great. On the brighter note, we had Two bucket-ish of water. =)

We headed to Thai Blue Orchid for lunch. It was recommended by someone *forgotten who* to me and Michelle brought it up as well when we were roaming around Coventry deciding where to eat cause the b'day boy was SO INDECISIVE! =P

We walked there and when we reached the entrance, the door was closed = NOT OPEN! omg...So we were obviously disappointed hungry ppl, just hanging around the entrance deciding where to go next until some random hand from the other side of the door knocked once and disappeared. It was so freaky!!!! o,o We were like omg! did someone just knocked? haha then around 2 mins later the door opened and a person welcomed us.

We were their first customers for the day =) We got full attention from them.. ahha! =) the food there was alright. price was alright as well, ambiance was good *since we were the only customers there* ahha

Sushi Buffet at Birmingham! =)

Landon and I have been craving for Jap food and hence, we decided to take a break *needed a reason* to go to Birmingham for sushi buffet <3

We wanted to try out the 10 pounds sushi buffet at Shogun Teppanyaki but when we reached there... ehem, when i saw the sad selection of sushis and super not fresh, small and thin slices of salmon on pathetic looking rice, it was a disappointment la. We actually walked in, sat down, stared at the conveyor belt and then waited for Michelle who went to the toilet before deciding to leave to have our lunch at another Sushi and Noodle Bar called Woktastic. =)

Lucky thing we changed place cos it was much better at Woktastic, the service was definitely better there. Plus, we sat at a strategic position! heheheh! we get to tale everything that was freshly made first! <3 ahhaa it was really funny and like typically msians... taking everything that looks yummy. i think we took like most of the fresher looking salmons and tempura when they first came... =P

I was soooooo fullll at the end of the day. =( like seriously, i wore a clincher and i felt like taking them off to give some space for my expanded tummy. i think i drank about 5-6 glasses of water/ ocha which made me feel soo bloated..

The buffet cost 11.99 but after adding the ocha price, our meal cost us 13.74 pounds. normal buffet price i guess. =) but it was satisfying la. ehhehe!

Mother's day, Jia Xin's bday and KY's Presents =)

Last Sunday was Malaysia's Mother's Day!!! I really really miss my parents! <3 and wohhooo, exam's gonna end in less than a month! and i will be returning to Malaysia in 5 weeks! omg everything seems so surreal. I really can't imagine how it is like to live in Malaysia anymore.

Having my mother as my shopping buddy * hehehe not forgetting as the atm machine =p ehhee! is awesome! It's very nice and fun to have my mom as a close friend of mine, give me contructive advices all the time. <3

I am who I am now because of my mother. She was the one who taught me how to do math. I used to be so horrible in them. But after her teachings, in the end i became relatively good and even loved math! =)

Anyway, just wanted to express how much i love my beloved mummy and really hope she is doing well in Msia. I usually make cards for her on Mother's day but since i m in the UK right now, i have to send her an electronic card. and OMG i suck at designing things using comp and hence, the end product was shitty. =(

My sister bought a bouquet of flowers for my mummy deary and i made a 'card' using paint.

My mother said she was lucky she has 2 daughters.. =) Girls FTW! <3 hehehee Guys will probably just call back and wish the mom Happy Mother's Day. -,-

Jia Xin's Bday party!

I am too lazy to explain as i am soooo tired and sleepy right now. =(

But the gist of the party was us hiding in the toilet/ some empty space, waiting for approx 10 mins before she arrived, surprised her in China Red, she was really surprised * yay! * =), had an awesome dinner while chatting away, ate the awesome drucken's bday cake which cost 28.5 pounds... almost the same price as my last awesome Tiramisu b'day cake from Alexis in Malaysia =)

Anyway, had an awesome time with them. Should really thank Brenda for inviting me that i was able to celebrate Jia Xin's bday =)

Missing her so much! Lucky thing I m able to see her when I return to msia this summer before she flies back to HK to fly to NEW YORK for an internship!! Yesterday, My future house mates and I went out for a break from all the stressful studying and business planning work! =) It was really an awesome fun day out. It has been TOOO LONG since we last hang out like that. <3

Firstly, we went to Ikea for lunch. had meatballs and salad. YUM. OMG something so embarrassing happened when we were taking our salad. >.< here's how it went: Michelle and I were trying to fill a plate full of salad for 5 person to share. =) It's sort of like taking salad from pizza hut, self service style. SO being ASIANS, of course we wanted to fill it to the brim to make our money worth it! We haven't even taken till we were satisfied and a waitress who was there came up and said: you are taking too much, although it says a plate but you are not suppose to overfill it. You are going to need to separate them and put it into another bowl and we will charge you accordingly. Then, we stunted and I apologize. We tot of ways to make it not seem a lot and went to the counter. WORST CASE OF ALL, she was one of the cashier. I honestly tot she was just there to tell other cashier to charge us more but thank god when we were paying, she was on the phone. XD *michelle and I were happy and so relieved.

After that, we went into H&M as Eugene wanted to buy a spring jacket. and what happened can be seen below. Loving my crazy future house mates <3

I am feeling so stressed out right now!!!! I have been living in denial that it would be fine. I haven't been studying very effectively these past few weeks. I m just studying for the sake of finishing it and not really focusing and absorbing everything. I have not touch a single past year paper. I m Freaking screwed right now. I need to start at least 2 papers tonight! I am DETERMINED TO.

Besides that, my business planning is going down the drain. Half my members is not doing things that I told them to do. And with only my capabilities, I dun think it's possible to get even a 2-2. =( I actually think this was the main cause of my breakdown. the dateline is 4th may and until now. we haven't even have a 1st draft yet and we wont be having a meeting this weekend since most of my members are only back on Monday. -,- I guess I am not a very good leader when it comes to dealing with problematic people... Need to be harsher to achieve results, ELAINE TEE!

I truly understand how it was like when my sister broke down during her first year. Cos I feel the same. I am so afraid of disappointing my parents who managed to send me all the way to the UK to study ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE when ACCA is so popular in Sunway. I dun even want to think about IF I was called back to resit in September because I WILL DEFINITELY NOT MAKE THAT HAPPEN. I m really sorry for playing a fool so far and not listening to my beloved mom and sister's advise that uni exams should not be taken lightly. I've learnt my lesson now.

On a brighter note, I am glad to have a chance to be closer to a friend of mine. Knew many things that I would probably never have known if this did not happen. Thank Paranormal Activity. =) These past few days were an enjoyable one. but it's time to face reality I guess. I'm glad to have it settled this well.

I m feeling so much better right now. =) Talked to my sister and she advised me on being firm. Loving her so much! advises from the old and wiser people. <3

I have been having insomnia this past few days and finally I know why... i did not even have the appetite to eat today. Only had a bowl of cereal for lunch and a packet of yogurt for dinner. @,@ bet i will be super hungry tomorrow. =D

Recently, because of paranormal activity, i have became super paranoid especially when it's about 2+/3+ am. *omg hate it so much*

I actually cried a few times but it just does not make me feel any better. =(

Sunwayian gathering at Warwick + Student mag assessment center+ interview

Last Wednesday, Lucas, Clifford, Hwei Hwei and Sin Hui visited Warwick Uni! Yes! Warwick uni gatherings FTW. <3

I was not close to these people in college, the closest would be with Lucas and Clifford as I knew them during student council period. One of the first times I spoke to Sin Hui was when I met her when making my uk visa in the MCA building. She was queuing in front of me. =) I barely talked to Hwei Hwei until this trip. So it was such a great bonding time with them.

They arrived on Wednesday after my Badminton session with Landon, Melanie, Eugene and Michelle. =) had lunch at Jia Xin's kitchen - super yummy egg noodles. like wan tan mee. Jia Xin's such an awesome cook! how i wish i can eat her food everyday. but then that means i will be eating more = gain more weight! gosh! ok, just changed my mind...

Anyway, after lunch, we went on a full campus tour - including visiting sports centre, lecture halls and library... we are so prepared this time. =) got a student id for everyone =) and we had dinner at Brown's Bar in Coventry. really loved my dish. was adventurous and ordered pork loin with mustard and onion. <3 <3 <3 we ordered cake as well. The Cookie Dough cake was superb! It was soooo delicious.=) but quite pricey as well. ah FAT! After hanging out a while in Jia Xin's room, we decided to call it a day. I had an assessment center + interview to go for the next day and i was so not prepared. Did not even know how to go to birm university, did not know what to wear and WORST of all, I COULDN'T SLEEP! all cos of paranormal activity. had a paranormal activity marathon the night before and only slept 2 hours that night. It was MENTALLY TORTURING. =( i was so aware of the surroundings. every slight movement i will be frighten. =( i SWEAR to always say NO to horror movies from now on. =( =( =( In the end, because of my *not able to sleep* complains, Finn was so kind to come all the way to rootes to walk me to his room to sleep... Life saver. OMG! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was so tired that I felt asleep instantly in his room.

DAY 2

I left for Birmingham at 11 am to be safe since I did not know how to get to Birm university. On the way there, I was chatting with Jane through skype on my phone as it was her 20th birthday! <3 hope she had a blast! missing her so much! my best shopping and chatting friend! <3 <3 <3 i reached Birm university around 12.30pm. I was super early at first but I got lost for an hour. @,@ ok.. my sense of direction is not that good after all. but i asked for direction and this girl lead me to the wrong side. =( from within campus, i walked to off campus. -,- and lucky thing i met 2 malaysian students and they brought me to the right place. It was so freaking hot that day and I was worried that I was going to be late. Lucky thing everything went well. Did my best during the assessment center and interview. waiting for results in approximately 10 days. =)

Anyway, met up with the rest in the bullring and shopped around for a while before having dinner at Mount Fuji - a Japanese restaurant. *not very nice. would not recommend that place. was suppose to go for a sushi buffet at Shogun teppanyaki but failed cos apparently it was very far away from where we were. =( should have gone there. but ah, i was famished anyway * only had some bun thing with 2 pieces of bacon for the whole day* and mount fuji was really close by.

After that, we went for bubble tea and tao foo fa *i din eat*! =) was SOOOOOO FULLL! but had a nice time. later on, we paid Kingston's room a visit! ahha! his good friends gave him a welcome back present by decorating his room with aluminium foil and balloons. =) it was so nicely decorated. they spent 10 pounds and 2 hours doing it. =) it was hilarious la.

Then, it was drinking time! we bought apple sours and archers with lemonade. light drinks so no one got drunk. laughed a lot and played ring of fire, "piu, shup, ding" and boat race.

Last weekend was such an enjoyable weekend that i did not really touch any books. *ugh* so guilty right now! Exam's just a stone throw away and i m SO FREAKING DEAD. =(

But anyway, I was invited by Li Tjen to a 'secret' picnic. =D i really enjoyed my time there with a different group. Trying to widen my circle of friends. We seem to be talking about different things and i would have to say this group is more fun/chatty whereas my usual group is more serious. Fun as well but in a different way =)

I would not have any chance of getting closer to a different group if i was not forced to move to cryfield. Therefore, I am actually quite grateful that i shifted here for a month, got a bit closer to li tjen, shi vern, min hua and got to know ding =) Finn was SUPER welcoming, always asking whether wanna have dinner together and all the late nights studying *not a lot la, maybe 3-4 days?* in his kitchen. Need to thank him for making my time at cryfield an enjoyable one. =)

OMG! 3 and a half weeks of my 5 and a half week Easter break a.k.a study break had gone past so quickly! =(.. i want more time to study. i m freaking out right now. have 8 modules and one business plan to do in less than one month. I wanna kill myself edi. x.x

I just downloaded most of the past year papers and when i saw them, i could have just fainted on the spot. I dun think I can even do any of the questions. * feeling so stressed right now.

WHEEE!!! Feeling so good after cooking. Just realized that cooking is my interest after coming to the UK. I don't mind cooking for people if I have the time. I feel so good after cooking although I will be super smelly later on.

I just cooked a SUPER HUGE portion of fried rice. Can probably last me for like 4 dinners in total? At first i thought of cooking all of the mince meat in the fried rice but later decided it was too much. There was like what 40% left and i cant refreeze the mince meat so i'd decided to cook spag sauce as well since i m going to wash the wok anyway. SO I cooked another Big portion of Bolognese sauce for prob about 2 meals... All these can seriously last me for the whole week man! I have to move everything out of the kitchen when i shift to Cryfield and that's the main reason why i m trying to finish everything. XD

AHHH!!! FM FM FM. Not a very productive day. ah cant wait till FM is over! @,@

Yay! Management Accounting class test is OVER! and well, it's "only" 10% but it will still make a diff since every 1% counts. I know I got one question wrong already but at least it's not something careless, it's something I really did not know. I always thought direct cost is direct labour and material. but apparently not. it's only direct materials. I really hope everything else will be fine. =)

My after-test- must-relax syndrome is back... just watched 2 episode of Sex and the City when I was supposed to be studying for my FM test. ARGH Fm is so difficult. Elaine and Fm just does not link! OMG STUDY STUDY!

Last Saturday, I had dinner with Kai Yuan and Jia Xin. A lil taste of Home. Sweet and Spicy Pork Ribs, Kai Lan and ABC soup! <3 <3 <3 Had an awesome time cooking and chatting and then munching with them =)

Well, IT WAS! <3 The secret recipi to making things taste yummy is to use sauce or powders. Will definitely bring more of those back here next year! =)

ahhh, went for frisbee practice today =) so satisfying! Loving the game so much now. i think i have only played frisbee like 6 times? 4 times last term, 2 times this term And i will be playing for Warwick Games! woohoo! It'll be so fun! =)My stamina sucks so badly but we sub for each other so it'll be fine... i need to lose my fats and STOP MUNCHING =( i started munching again and here i tot my UK biscuit craze is over. hais... please please stop buying junks =(

Argh, 2 class test next week and things are not going well.. i did the first pyq and i scored 33% T.T, second pyq 65% then third pyq 71%. but this is so bad, there are some parts which i really cant ans and it's just luck that the second and third set of pyq i did was something i sort of know. @,@ gosh. and seniors say FM is FREAKING easy. *kill me x.x i cant imagine year 2 and year 3... i really need to grasp the concept. Don't get it = Die

Yes, as I have promised, I will make this blog happier by blogging on my first birthday abroad! =) I dun want to be reading back in the future thinking my uni life is sad. =(

I can't believe that I am no longer a teen. I can no longer be a pampered princess who is always being protected by her parents. =( I wanna go back to being the innocent, nothing to worry child. Who doesn't? But i guess it's a part of growing up, 20 years old is neither here nor there, not a teen but not yet an adult. =)

I was down in London during Dec holiday and since Chee yung will not be able to celebrate my bday on the actual day, we decided to have an early celebration! =) Innitially, I wanted to go to to Ciao Bella, an Italian restaurant, for dinner. However, they were closed on that day and hence =( no super yummy seafood pasta cook in paper bag dish for dinner. I was craving for it and it was sad to know that they were closed. In the end, after lots of sms with sis on where to eat around russel square in London, CY and I decided to just eat in another Italian Restaurant. No idea what the name was already. @,@ hehe. The food there was not bad. The starter was yummy! CY treated me since it was my birthday! wahahaah~! =) THANK YOU SO MUCH! =)

After dinner and a long chat with CY, I went home and had another mini celebration with my dear sis, the BF and Basil. We had Ice Wine!! OMG super yummy!!! Sis bought it from a christmas market nearby.

Dear sister was super high after, let's see 3 SHOTS of 4.5% alchohol content ice wine?!? which is not a lot? It was so funny when she was all high and making no sense at all! AND her face was SO RED! Followed my parents I guess...

The next day, which is the last day before I return to warwick university. My sister brough me out for a Japanese dinner! HAVE BEEN CRAVING FOR IT and now looking back at those pictures =( i feel like my cravings are here again. BUt so sad, Japanese food is sooo Expensive here. One person's dinner *jap food* here is prob 3 person's dinner(cheap places) *jap food* in Malaysia. @<@ guess food is generally more expensive here la! it's like eating out every single day spend RM 25 at least a day on food. OMG!

Anyway, the dinner was ok only, nothing great. It was more to the homely Jap restaurant kind where u have dinner sets rather than sushi and sashimi choices. But, Japanese food nonetheless, salmon sashimi yum! so can't complain. hehee! After that, although we were all quite full, my sis decided to bring us to Princy for cakes! *A substitute for birthday cake! ahah! but so sad, no candles... =(

ON the actual day itself, at 12 am, Kai Yuan appeared at my doorstep with OMG yummy blueberry muffins from Sainsbury and Smarties Chocolate cake!!! =) it was yummy!

Anyway, my dear friends from College i.e. Yen li*HK*, Zhi Yuen*Msia* and Chee Yung were awake and we had a group skype chat! AWW! Love them all so much! =) we chat for almost 2 hours before Yen li had to leave for lectures. I really enjoyed talking to them, them siging happy birthday song to me through skype. Ah, the wonders of technology. =)

What a coincidence that the opening of accommodation booking for the next year was on my Bday =) SO anxious moment was when we wanted to sign in to book and confirm a house we really wanted before others. Kiasu Malaysians aka us - visited the house before the house was open for booking for viewing. haha! but now come to think of it, the hosue id=s not very nice. and it's quite a distance to walk from the bus stop... ahah! complaining much. XD

But at that point in time when we managed to confirm our house, I felt it was the best birthday present! =) hehehe!! and Kai Yuan planned a "surprise" bday party which was not really a party since we had to rush off for lecture super soon and it was not really a surprise since i saw KOK DIN standing outside my room door... ahha! so it Failed!! but i had a good laugh. But it's the thought that counts so THANK YOU SO MUCH kai yuan! =) I know planning is not what he does normally so I feel even more honoured that he took the initiative to plan something for me. <3 awww kawan 35! <3

I just got back my results for UOB and it's so bad. I know I did not do very well since it's essay style but deep inside me, I really hoped it to be at least a 60. Now that I saw it was 58, my tears just naturally flow out and it wont stop. ah! so annoying! and i m in the library. Thank god for the pack of tissue i have...

I am just feeling so bad right now. Reading the feedback again.

"This essay makes a clear attempt to build an argument on the role of leadership with respect to staff motivation. You could further profit from using more examples to support your line of argument. However, your essay needs development, especially with reference to engaging with a more detailed and critical application of motivation theories to the discussion. Kinda knew I needed more examples. hmmm, need more development on motivational theories. ok, on the gender part, I agree was a bit wrong but I just ignored it. so in the end, it's because I did not put in extra effort into doing the essay. =(

i really can't imagine what i m going to get for my econs essay now. most probably going to fail it since i put lesser effort into doing that.

Then again, it's my first academic essay that I've written, I should really learn from the remarks. Being more critical and use more examples to develop my points. Be more mature in terms of thought and writing style. Always only write points that can be referenced with. REMEMBER THIS ELAINE TEE!

Ah, i just slept for 12 hours straight and i still feel a little tired. think cos my menstrual might be coming. -,- siens.. no wonder i have been feeling so down and always want to be alone lately.although i woke up in time for a lecture today, i decided not to go as i m not in the right mind to go. Even if i did, I will prob not learn anything so i had mee goreng for breakfast and will be leaving for the library soon! ah! Business law test in exactly A WEEK...

I m suppose to be aplying for internship in msia but i havent even written my cover letter. I just need to start but it's just so difficult to start. i dunno how am i going to apply for summer internship next year.

OOOooo, i just received a small gift from 4 of my college friends. =) it's quite pretty and a guy was the one who chose it. ahah! not bad la! eugene. and thanks michelle for doing the card for me, i love that picture of us future housemate! =)

Maybe i should post on my birthday next to brighten up my mood. ah hate the feel of PMSing...

I've decided to continue blogging but the updates will not be as frequent.

Blogging is a good way to express my inner feelings since I was never good at expressing myself. and that's kinda annoying sometimes. Blogging is a good way of spending your time especially when u read back on your past post and smile,laugh at how stupid or what a fun time you had or even criticise yourself.

A brief update as to where and how I am right now.

I m currently studying Accounting and Finance at University of Warwick. The course is not bad so far, safe to say, I m not all that lost. I just feel that I did not do myself justice by participating in societies or trying to find a part-time job to make full use of my campus life here. It's like my parents are paying a huge sum of money to send me here to SLEEP. I m so freaking disappointed in myself. Guess for now i should just concentrate on my studies.

I have realized that I m not as sociable or outgoing as before. I tend to just do my own things in my lonely room with no flatmates as friends. Sometimes it makes me wonder how would it have been if I had bothered fitting in with them, and chat more with them at the start of the term. My friends here have different interest as well. Somehow, it's just not as easy to connect with them as to how i did with my frens back in secondary school and college. Advises to me is that I should try to broaden my circle of friends and try to find someone who I can click well with but that's not easy at all. =( It's difficult to find someone whoe cares about you as much as you care about them.

I m currently feeling shitty right now probably because I m pms-ing and things are not going very well here. Whenever things are not done, I will feel frustrated. i ahve a business planning presentation next Monday and my ANNOYING 3 members are not putting in effort to make it happen. Only 3 *me and anotehr 2 members* are doing the job. constant FB post and text will just get rpelies like "ok, will do that", "i'm so sorry but i cant make it cos i'm ill" why the hell are you poeple getting ill so often or it's just an excuse not to wake up from your cosy bed after PARTYING ALL NIGHT! how many SORRYs have you given me and you are STILL not doing anywork when i asked today. GOSH! this is soooo frustrating. and it becomes worse when other people tell me they are almost done with their presentation slides. *kills myself* why m i teamed up with ppl like that? PLEASE TELL ME WHY!

Other than that, Warwick is a beautiful place. I really can't wait for spring to come and see the flowers bloom! It's going to be SUPERBLY PRETTY! <3 at least it's sunny right now! =) brightens up the mood

last Tuesday. i went to this HEAVENLY SPA centre for spa with my dearest sis. her boyfriend bought 2 spa packages for her as a birthday gift and hence , i was the lucky beneficiary =) heheee. we reached Taipan at 12. they introduced the choices that were included in the package

1st Trial of either
"Tropical Fruity Back Body Scrub",
"Moisture White Body Mask",
"Steam Bath + Lymphatic Drainage",
"Heavenly Relaxing Massage Therapy",
"Smooth & Clean Facial"
worth up to RM 354.

In the end both of us decided on the steam bath and lymphatic drainage package. it's apparently more for wellness. they will massage the lymph points and if you are unhealthy, it would hurt a bit.

first, we changed into some disposable g-string and wrapped ourself in a towel and went into the steam room for about 10 mins.. it was really good. we sweat quite a lot. hope lots of toxins were excreted. hehhe! then, showered our sweaty body and started with the massage. My massage therapist is from myammar. she's quite good. really strong. at some parts, it was really ticklish that i laughed. so embarrassing. she laughed at me. *blush* so anyway, the whole thing lasted till 12. i fell asleep when she reached my head. OMG head massage is the BOMB. it's freaking relaxingggg!!!! <3 love it man. oh the massage therapist said that my shoulders are very stiff and she sounded quite worried. she asked if i sleep late all the time. ahha so guilty. but after the massage my body seriously feels really good and stress free. ah! massage is quite nice after all. =)

they apply lots and lots of oil. my hair was so oily after the head massage. @.@

stomach massage. i had lots of water then m stomach was massaged. ahaha! funny

after that, we had lunch at medan near sunway college since we did not know what to eat and it was already 2.15pm at that time. i had economy rice while my sis had nasi lemak. OMG the sweet and sour pork there is still so yummy! i will definitely miss it when i go to the uk.

Later, we went to Amante for manicure and pedicure. sat there for about 2 hours. so long! but damn enjoying. my nails are now like orange and my toes are brown. orange because i m going to krabi, Thailand tmr! =)i kinda like the bright orange although it's something i would not choose normally. my sis painted hers bright pink! ahahahah! damn legally blonde style. but it's cool. heheee. i really wanna try the manicure that have decorations on it and have nail extensions. it's SUPER PRETTYYY!!!!! <3 but very difficult to manage. need to be very careful.

Immediatly after mani and pedi, we went to one utama for Facial. SERIOUSLY! we spent damn a lot trying to beautify ourself today. HAHA! but it was seriously an experience. like the whole day doing treatments for the whole body part by part. i feel like i was so pampered that day. but i will definitely do that again when i retire and have enough money to spent. HAHA. hais wait la!

Results!

A level results has finally came and gone. seriously. time flies. i rmb telling ppl aiyah! results not so fast, better enjoy while you can. worry about it later la.

and somehow. For this A-level exam, i have learnt to accept and hence, i did not really think about the results as much as i did in AS. i rmb dreaming about my AS results. it was horrible. hhaa but this time, not only i did not dream, i din rarely rmb that it was going to be out soon.

i tire myself last night and slept at 3 am so that i can sleep properly without waking up at 7 am to try to log in when the website is full. so yeap. it kinda worked. i woke up at 9 + and i was still half asleep when i on the comp. i even forgotten the website to check my results. but managed to find my paper in the end and logged in. first attempt and got tru. =) when i saw A*(AL) in each column, i had no feeling. actually i was quite blur and like what? something must be WRONG. then i saw my name and the grades again. still in disbelief that it was my results. so yea. i msn jane and asked her to check my results. when she confirmed it i was seriously FREAKING HAPPY! hugged my sis and called my parents immediately.

A* seemed very far away when i was studying for the test and as no one knew what were the requirements for an A*, it just never crossed my mind that i would actually be able to get STRAIGHT A*s. even now i m like WOAH! but oh so happy. =)

i guess hard work do pay off eventually, but i dun really rmb whether i worked really hard for it. i rmb reading manga for 4 hours although it was exam period. -,- haha! but my teachers were good. so it's partially due to them that i m able to get such results. Thank you Mr K(phys), Ms Jo n Mr Mohan(econs), Ms Ann n Mr Chin(Maths).

most of my friends did really well, hearing A*s nd As here and there makes me happy. everyone worked so hard just to get their results and enter a good uni. can't believe i m going to be a uni student soon. @.@ i want more hols. ahhah! i'm too pampered.

gist of my recent penang trip

i just came back from a 4 day 3 night trip to penang with yen li, chee yung, kai yuan and zhi yuen like 2 days ago. the trip was really memorable. it's like my second trip with friends. i m so glad that everything worked out and was going according to plan. some unexpected thing happened that would make me rmb it more. overall it was an amazing trip. i really love the times we spent together and m so glad to have such friends =). i laughed so freaking much and really really enjoyed myself.

my camera was quite sucky cos i think i dun really know how to function it. too exposure or something like that. but here's some picture of it. when i come back form london will probably blog about penang trip =)

went to watch THE KARATE KID with my parents last fri. and i love the show. Jaden Smith is so cute! the action was good his muscles are like o.o and he's only what 12-14 years old? the evil man *the teacher* was really evil. i seriously felt like SLAPING him man! so annoying. but overall i like the show la and would recommend people to watch it. the girl with the snake looks super pro!

so cool right! he is so cute!

anyway i just received the new camera about 4 days ago! wahaha super happy. it's a canon s90. and it's so much better than my old olympus camera. seriously. olympus is so bad. with flash, it's too bright, without flash, it's too dark. -,- ah! loving the canon s90 now.

yesterday, we went to one utama to celebrate chee yung's belated birthday and zhi yuen's early birthday. went to new york new york deli again. seriously i went there the week before too. n i think the workers actually rmb me already. they said my laugh is very funny ... so anyway, i went much earlier than the rest and had to carry 2 bags of presents and 1 cake and a magazine walking around. it was so tiring. think i walked for bout 40 mins carrying so many things by myself. finally decided on the restaurant and walked all the way from old wing and was rushing to be at the rest before cy and zy arrives so that they do not see the cake and presents.* they were in new wing already at that time. i was so hot, was sweating a bit and zhi yuen fan me to cool me down. ahah! =)

chee yung wanted to take up the yankee burger challenge but apparently stomach was not feeling very well so next time. it's like 8" wide and 4" height. huge man! if u can finish it within one hour that dish is on the house. which is quite awesome cos it cost approx RM50. @.@ anyway, after eating, i really wnated to go bowling but chee yung did nto want to so we went to play foosball and pool in the end. we were super noisy, as usual la. =D but pool and foosball is super fun la! =) hehe. met jane who came to borrow student card.

after spending about one hour and a half playing pool and foosball, we went to the arcade. zhi yuen played his para para*some dancing machine. the way he danced is super cool lo. i can never do it. after that, all 5 of us played DAYTONA RACING GAME! omg i so love that game! n wahaha! first round i got second place*almost got first, cy la bang me. but second round, HEHEHE, i got FIRST! his turn to crash. Kai Yuan's car is dman funny, the race started for about 2 sec and someone made him overturn edi. XD

time flies so fast n it's already time for graduation. we just got closer to everybody, feeling so comfortable with everybody and it's now time to separate. isn't that sad. but i guess we should be lucky to have found people who were and still is close to us and as long as we try to keep in touch, i think friendship would last forever. for me, the closest gang in college is the 6 of us. Yen li, Jia Xin, Chee Yung, Zhi Yuen, Kai Yuan and i. i guess for us, the main thing that bonded us was the season parking talk. Many people dun understand how we can actually talk so long, hmm i just guess we are all compatible with each other that there is always a topic to discuss about. =) i really love these people who made my college life interesting. they are friends who i can look for when i m in trouble. they are friends who i feel comfortable being with. they are friends who i trust so much and i would so sincerely miss a lot. At least 4 of us ( Jia xin, Kai Yuan, Chee Yung and i) put Warwick university and firm choice. To get into it is another thing.*my phys died. hais. but i guess because of this i will miss Yen li the most! *go get a facebook la! hahah!

so anyway, talking about graduation, we just had our graduation at Sunway resort hotel. not in the grand ballroom but some side ballroom. it was fine. no need such a big room anyway. our exams ended on fri, so we technically ahd 2 days to look for our dresses, shoes, clutches and where do we want to do our hair and make up. i went out shopping with Yen li on sunday but did not manage to find anything so i just gave up halfway. was too lazy to look so i only help yen li look. she found a dress. =) and both of us bought matching ribbon hairband which is soooo cute la! palnning to wear out together to our penang trip. hope it works out. =) was super tired that day! wen out from 10 to 6.

at night, my mom was searching for a dress from the house as she said the one i wanted to wear was quite informal. then we found this dress which was been lying idle for at least 2 years. only wore it once but i did not like it because i freking could not stretch because of the scarf-like thing! i was sort of complaining, the my mom was like : It's a formal dinner! can't you be more feminine for just one night! You are a girl right! and i was like ok ok. fine. so we altered the dress on sunday. lucky thing jane came over and she introduced this kind lady who helped alter my dress shorter for just rm 15. quite good. and near my house. =) after that we found this saloon *Top Studio* at Kota. they were having promotion: hair + make up for Rm 98. i was like eh? not bad. then i dun have to worry about making up for myself. ps. i ahve never make up myself before. Failure being a girl man. But It's ok! i will learn. just not that soon i guess. XD. after that, i felt so much more settle now that my dress is done, make up and hair done, shoes done, left clutch. found one at home later on. =) happy.

that night, went to brenda's house for a bbq party to celebrate the ending of our a-level exam. then jia xin followed mun wai who fetched us back home. i guess thats where the preparation for the grad night started. we painted our nails. and had girls talk will about 4 am. was super tired man! then we woke up at 8 and i suddenly just rmb that we havent done our toe nails. @.@ so here we go again. After that, we did treading! haha! Jia Xin's first time and hers was not red but mine was red. but after about 2 hours, the redness from threading went off la..

then we went to do our make up and hair about 1.45. super early right! but by the time we ended, it was just in time. no rush. hence no sweat. =) hehe. chee yung reach my house about 4.50. but yen li who was suppose to reach about 4.30 but in the end reach about 5.20. so we waited to her. then we left in two cars. =) chee yung and me then yen li and jia xin.

the overall grad night went smoothly. no delay. everything was on time which meant good planning. and i had lots of fun. did not join the dance floor as i promised my mom to be more ladylike for one night and i cant stretch my hands up anyway! everyone looked so different that day. Apparently, many could not/took some time to recognize me. i dun think i look that much different but ah. i guess most ppl would be able to recognize my by my voice and laughter. =D anyway, it was a great night for me. <3

haizz.. last fri had maths p3 and phys p4. P3 was ok but p4 was so bad for me. ahhhh. already deducted approx 20 m. i m super worried cant get an A. now prob 60% can't get an A already since most people thought the paper was like doable = A grade bar raised = i die = bye bye warwick. hais guess manchester is not too bad too. *self comfort so not working* =(

can't believe it! next friday is the last day! wahahha! but before that 3 exam days consecutive. =((( ah! quite scared la. nowadays no mood to study. kinda liek study 2hours, walk around, stone day dream, study anotehr 1 hour, go toilet, use comp, study anotehr 2 hours, the sleep. -,- some days only studied 3 hours, because of that 3 days also cannot finish studying econs. =,= *usually i can finish reading in 2 days*

omg! i m so happy! finally got a reply from Warwick and it's a conditional offer!

i kinda lost hope in getting warwick because it's already mid april and i have not heard of people getting offers in April. So i was quite sad at the end of March.

but now, i m having mixed feelings. happy, relieved, and worried as the condition was AAA. i expected it but now a letter confirming it makes it scary.

Overall, Happiness rule out la! shall have lunch and head to the library. =D

JAPANESE FOOD

i have been craving for JAPANESE Food since god-knows-when and i finally had it last weekend. * yum! XD tried the Rakuzen Kitchen at Desa Park City as the Rakuzen at Subang was fully booked. i was so satisfied with the meal. and i think the sashimi price there is quite reasonable. =0 we ordered so much and was super full. walk around the small mall, went inside a pet shop and saw this super uber cute puppy!
it was sitting, bitting and walking a little around, not barking when all the other noisy pupies were barking or fighting. it was so adorable la! i would love to own a puppy like that.

I-CITY

my 2 aunts came down from seremban. my dad bought 5 huge tiger prawns so we decided to eat in. dad and i cooked garlic cheese bake prawns. it was delicious at least that was what i thought. =) mummy said that it was lacking cheese taste. Aunt said that it would have been better if served with mushroom soup but good overall. =) mummy was not satisfied with the meal so the adults each ate a bowl of min fun gou again. As for me, i decided to pass on that as i dun really like min fun gou and i was full.

at about 9, we went to I-CITY at shah alam. finally went there after 3 month of only reading and seeing pics of it. it's seriously very pretty. it's worth going once. when you see it, you would go WOAH? there's such thing in Malaysia? trust me, goign there and seeing it for youself is different from seeing it from pictures. There's nothing much there other than the beautiful night lights. it's a place where u can go with your family and friends to just hang around and chat. however, it's quite jam and difficult to find parking space. many people park quite far away and walk there. i would strongly recommend poeple to visit there if you really like pretty night lights. =)

last sun, i went to visit my cousin's new born baby Sophie! she is so cute la! and so tiny and skinny for a baby...! and omg. i watched a video of my cousin giving birth to the baby. her husband took videos of the whole process. it was relatively bloody and i saw them cut the umbilical cord. it was my first time watching this kind of thing. it looks super painful. can hear the baby crying after she was born, and cousin was crying too. gosh natural birth looks super painful.. but it's worth the pain i guess =)

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION KAI YUAN/KIN WAI

yesterday, after the S4's further maths mocks, we went out for lunch to celebrate the professors: kai yuan and kinwai's birthday. =) we ate at Dragon-i. we ordered a cake from zhi yuen's friend who studies culinary art from Taylor college. the cake was nice. i really like it. the cake cost rm 60 and it was really big. i think it's very worth it. =) ehhe. chee yung was really funny that day... i think all of us enjoyed ourselves although we only went for lunch together. chatting sessions are bonding sessions after all =) i m quite lazy to describe the day hence the pics.. =)

was super motivated to exercise yesterday so i woke up at 7.30am. went jogging, did some random moves, a bit of push up, a bit of yoga poses (mom say it's good for the back). showered about 9.10 and left for college about 9.50.

i felt SUPER AWESOME in the car. my muscle felt loose and i felt super clean *i dun usually shower in the morn* i took my own sweet time during the walk from season parking place to class. i felt i should enjoy the trees and the wind blowing. for some reason i felt relax. hence, i've decided that i should do this more often. =)

UNTIL THIS MORN. my muscles are aching quite badly esp my back and side waist muscles. so pain! =( i m so weak! exercise a bit also can have muscles pain.

i so need someone to slap me. mocks is like in exactly 1 week and i so need to have a productive nerding period. all my nerding periods are not productive! ok maybe 50% productive la. "production" inefficiency man! and my MATHS suck! tried some mechanics papers and only managed to score 80%... wth! argh!

phys is soooooo killing me... dun want to know why or how a telephone connect...or how much i m attracted to another object on earth or the activity of an atom or at what amplitude or frequency an am or fm radiowave is travelling at! but i have to!argh!!!! who says physics no need to memorize!?!? =( i dun understand physics from the bottom of my heart...

after mr.mohan tuition at 6.30pm yesterday, as usual, yen li, chee yung and i stayed behind to chat. *correction: we always stay to chat. apparently for us, going into our car to go home is a very hard thing to do. =0 hehe we talked at the foyer of the condo til about 8 pm. Then, there were so many annoying mosquitoes around that we shifted our chatting session to Chee yung's car..

we chatted about many different things,e.g. uni applications, friends, family, and the most interesting part of all was remembering last year: How we met each other, what was the first sentence we said to each other, how did we became so close, our first lunch together and the topic we were talking about, our first "zha" session and so on. Apparently, on orientation day, i was sitting beside chee yung and Yen li was sitting beside Kai yuan. *both yen li and i did not rmb but ky and cy rmbed. XD n what a coincidence that all of us are now close friends.=)

That night, i also realized that Chee yung talks REALLY slowly. usually it's just slowly without the "really". He will be like Once upon a time....*pause*, there was a princess...*pause* and a Prince charming...*pause* i really felt like fast forwarding so many times but obviously not possible. It gives the listener *me* suspense la so it's good ina way... after Chee yung's story was yen li's story, she talks like me: super fast and adds the excitement into the story telling like OMG OMG! YOU KNOW THIS HAPPENNED AND THEN THAT THING HAPPENNED! i had the chance to compare n i thought it was quite funny. both ways of telling had different impact on the listener..

we talked and talked, then an sms from my dad came, asking what time i will be coming home and whetehr i was eating dinner at home, i ans yes and said 9.30 *it was 9 pm at that time. Chee yung's dad called at 9.40pm and he said he was leaving soon. All of us thought we were leaving soon but we were still there until 10.50pm. *did not realized time passed so fast. chee yung suggested to go mamak for supper as all of us did not take dinner but yen li thought we were going to leave soon so decided not too.

BUT, WE DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 12.00 AM. sounds super impossible right. Chee yung's dad called AGAIN and my mom called too. this is seriously crazy. We pratically chatted from 6.30 pm to 12 am. 5 and 1/2 hours. it's the bomb. last time, when we stayed back in season parking for 1 hour, we will be like OMG! i can't believed we stayed back for one hour to talk. after that, it became 2 hours, then slowly lengthen to 3 hours. ON thursday, They(yen li, chee yung and Zhi Yuen) stayed for 4 HOURS and they thought it was the longest but HOLY CRAP! What is 4 hours when we stayed for 5 and a half hour yesterday! n i did not eat for about 24 hours.. reached home about 12 something. did not bother to heat up the food in the fridge. and i had lunch at 1 yesterday and today about 1. = 24 hours never eat. First time man!

time really flies when i m with them. i feel really relax and the stress about exams just disappears..they agreed with me on this. but on the way home, i started thinking bout mocks which is in 2 weeks.. =( so scary la. Anyway, last night was one of my most memorable nights. really enjoyed the 5 and a half hours with them. After A2, we are definitely going to have a stayover at someone's house and most prob we will talk all night.

i feel so proud of my secondary school! =)
although i m not close to my juniors but i m still so happy for them. heheee =)
8/16 students from Pj area who got straight A+ are from my high school! and 61 students scored straight As =)

anyway, shall blog about the CNY house to house visit... happened quite long ago but no time to blog XD

EVENT: CNY House Visiting =)

i wanted to do something different this CNY since it's the last year before all of us go our separate ways. So i kinda suggested to my college friends that we should go CNY house visiting. it's interesting and exciting. Driving from one friend's house to another house, getting lost on the way and thanking god that i rmbed to bring my GPS, visiting and looking and knowing more about your friends. =) love them all la! =) Blue was the colour code cos i heard that blue is a good colour this year so everyone was wearing blue! =)

so anyway, kai yuan and I gathered at Yen li's house about 9 am before leaving to pick Jia Xin from sunway college. i m driver for the day as i lost in the " lat da li lat da li dam bong" game. hehe drove to Jia xin's house. the mom was so nice. she purposely boiled "sai yong choi" herbal drink overnight for us. it was yummy. i like sai yong choi! hehee and it's sweet too. =) then we chatted and looked at her albums. she was so cute was she was young!! innocently cute! hehee. the we had a house tour. found out that she was a big supporter of pirated dvds like me. haha!

after one hour, we left for Chee Yung's house. None of us knew the way there. so, we wanted to use the Gps but did not know his house address and we couldn't contact him at that time. IN the end we decided to try our luck at remembering the LDP way. however, on the way to LDP i turned into a wrong turning which ended up being lucky for making the wrong turning cos there WAS another way to his house. If we did not make the wrong turning and went into the highway, there's no turning back. WE managed to contact him for his house address in the end and reached his house in approx 10 mins * YEA! GPS rocks. Chee yung's toy poodle named Nachos/Nacho is so cute! esp the ass and super short tail when it shakes. Chee yung and his brother abuses the dog! i m serious! i pity the cute innocent Nachos for having such owners.. =P sometimes i will overreact = *scream* when dogs or cats brush pass my legs and i think i frightened Nachos quite a few times that day becos of it. after chatting for about an hour, we managed to persuade Chee Yung to join us for the house visitin. HE would have missed out on the fun time if he did not join us. =D

The next house was Zhi Yuen's house. we had a house tour in every house and all of us agreed that zy is super detailed in his house tour. he even opened his kitchen cupboard to explain what are there inside. o.o hehe his snack cupboard is diff from his dad's snack cupboard. after touring downstairs, we played PS2 for about 15 mins. we were running late. Jia Xin,our super organized organizer/time keeper said we need to leave for the PJ houses in 20 mins. ok i suck real bad in PS2. played to games and lost both tries in streetfighter.. fighting against BOYS who play the game all the time makes losing to them not a bad thing la.. plus it's fun to play it once in a while so it's worth losing.. ahha! went to tour upstairs and found out that his master bedroom bedsheets are the same as my ex-bed sheet which is now in the guest room. quite cool la! it was so random ahha!

next house was Kai yuan's house. i dun think i rmb the way to his house anymore. so many turnings @.@ n OMG his DOG is Freakin HUGE! a golden retriever. *forgotten it's name. Terry i think. Msybe the dog was cute when it was a puppy. the colour of it's fur was nice. we had lunch there. his maids cooked this really delicious chicken mushroom pie *i think* dun rmb what was inside but i just know i was quite hungry and it was hot and tasted good. we were told that his maids were suppose to cook but in the end his parents had to purposely go out to buy us Pizza for lunch. so we felt quite bad for the inconvenience caused but couldn't really do anything to compensate. we talked really loud as usual during lunch and what an unexpected surprise to meet his cousin( ming wei *i forgotten but sounds something similar to that) whom i rmb attended the same accounts and chem tuition as me during form 5 there. i was like eh? what's his name? he is from catholic right? i think he was in my tuition last time. Kai yuan was like really? he is my cousin. O.o what a coincidence. =D so anyway, after that, we went upstairs and OMG he has the Puay Chai standard 6 photo hanging on the wall in his room. i look ... last time. did not want to point out where i was but sadly, chee yung was determined to find me in the 400-500 students in the pic and he succeeded. saw little kai yuan too. ahah!

we then proceeded to MY house =) it was about 4 at the time. My Aunts from Seremban had reach my house when we visited my house. We saw some photo albums and the proceeded to see my room since some of them havent seen it yet. we chatted for quite some time in the room. lot's of laughters. Chee Yung went high with my teddy bear and jia xin was playing with Pinky, my pink dolphin *she named it. i finally noticed kai yuan's laugh which yl and cy mentioned and true, it makes ppl wanna laugh. Cy named it the legendary laughter. =D it's a compliment. they left about 5.30 to Yen li's house which i did not go cos i had an early dinner with my relatives. * did not managed to see her room =(

that night, my relatives and family went to OVERSEAS Restaurant for dinner. there were 8 of us but we ordered a set dinner for 6. apparently my parents were still full from all the snacks they ate in the afternoon. the dinner was quite nice. liked the desssert drink which had chrysanthemum in it. it was unique and interesting. never tasted it before and it was good. the yee sang there was not bad too. anyway, after dinner, my mom heard that Thien Hou Temple which is situated opposite Mid valley was decorated with pretty night lights so we decided to take a look. and boy, was it beautiful. Random: i wanted to visit i-city. it looked nice. so we took some pics and then left for home to play mahjong. Mummy's shoe were uncomfortable so we did not enter the temple...

My CNY 2010 story =)

i've been so excited for chinese new year this year and i dunno why. time flies and now, cny is going to end soon. so sad. love all the gathering with relatives. just love the cny atmosphere. had reunion dinner at my house. as usual, we had steamboat.

DAY 1

Father's side
woke up around 10. dressed up and left to sui chik's house at Subang. As usual, my family was the first to arrive. The host also havent woke up. My grandmother just woke up to cook vegetarian dish *Zhai Choi*. so my family ended up eating cny biscuit *super delicious sugar-coated biscuit* and watching tv. it was so yummy! i couldnt stop eating. i think i ate almost half the container. 0.0 was hungry. hehe
after about 1 hour, everyone arrived. started the gathering by eating the vegetarian dish. i ate 2 bowls i think! it was delicious, better than last year's. after that, Parents were chit chatting so i joined my cousins to admire a korean girl band. -,- giving them girl's point of view on which girl singer is the prettiest. aha! then watch one episode of Liar's game. i also managed to dragged all my cousins to take pictures togetehr since all of us were so RED on that day. then the parents wanted some pictuires too so everyone took pic togetehr. =)

Went home to pack clothes and pick up the maid and left for Seremban. =) it's been a long time since i last went back there. used to go back every weekend when my grandmother was still around. Everytime i go back to the Seremban house, i will eat loads. my Aunt is just a super awesome cook. the pig intestine pepper soup, chicken feet, chicken wing is just super duper delicious. thinking about it now makes me feel like eating it. =( had steamboat again for dinner but this time with tom yam soup.

after dinner, we had this lucky draw organized by my 4th aunt. this year, i m not as lucky as previous years as i only got rm 38. usually it's more than rm100. but it's alright, the lucky draw is still as fun as usual with all the excitement on guessing who gets the most money by feeling the thickness of teh Ang Pao. =)

The highlight of the night was the video game WII. it's SO FUN! the running, swimming.. all Wii sports are super tiring. my cousins and i played from 10pm to 5am. @.@ my right arm ache for the next 3 days. dman weak! hehe then we tried playing Resident evil on Wii. it was really scary.. so when anything happens, my girl cousin and i would scream real loud until it frightens my guy cousin who was the one playing the game.. haha. he gave up playing it cos we screamed too much. XD Zombies are so scary.

DAY 2
today, i went out with Kai yuan and Chee yung to watch Percy Jackson and the lightning thief. we had lunch at Papa John's pizza restaurant. it was not bad but i prefer Pizza Hut. Not pyramid pizza hut. the service really sucks there.. we ordered too much and had too lil time to eat, in the end we packed the pizza and rushed off to watch the movie. OMG Logan Lerman(percy) is so cute! he has the baby face. the girl main character was ratehr cute too(kai yuan likes)=) the movie was ok only.. i would rate 6.5/10. i learnt quite a few terms such as satyr from the movie. it's entertaining. i liked the satyr, he is so funny =) and he walks a bit like kai yuan. heheee =P I tumpang kai yuan's car to and fro and it's the first time i sat in a car with the top mirror ish thing *dunno what it's called* open. it's quite cool. i've sat in cars which has that function but never opened it before. luckily, it wasnt hot that day. so it was fun sticking our hands out to feel the air rushing past. =)

DAY 4
Had another gathering with my father's side relative. steam boat again. it was the 4th time in 5 days. i was too bored with steamboat that i barely touched it. ate more yee sang than previous years and fried chicken instead. =) i played around with my conusin's new cam which cost rm 1800. it's super cool! the pictures turned out nice and clear. i want that cam... no i wnat a DSLR. but it's so big..

DAY 6
Went over to Adranne's CNY Open house. she has it every year and her whole family invites lots of people. it was a super big party! used GPS to go there and my dear friend jane read the gps wrongly and i ended up using some really bumpy road to reach her house. Anyway, KAYU was there as a caterer. yummy roti tissue! =) i watch my first Lion dance this cny there. i love watching lion dance on poles.the way the performers make the difficult coordination and footwork look so kacang putih just amazes me. they had fire crackers and fireworks too. the fireworks were sooooo pretty! i was pratically right below the fireworks. i really like watching fireworks. it makes ppl happy and have the mood to celebrate.

Bailey's is awesome! hehe had one cup although i was driving. we gambled until 11.30pm. no, corrected version, i did not gamble, i kinda take the card and played for munwai. pity him.. no chance to play. but he won money at least! like rm 12. ehhe because of my lucky hands. =) got black jack and 5 cards for about 4 times. 21 about 2-3 times =)=) hehe the party was really fun.. i enjoyed myself la.

oh something really funny happened. ad's mother was giving out angpaos the second time, she already gave the first round and i think she thinks that she already gave me but havent actually. so i said that i haven't received angpao yet and laugh like jokingly *where got ppl to thick skin ask for ang pao with a serious face* and she kinda hit my head and said you ar.. thinking that i m asking for another ang pao. so she did not give me in the end and walk away to give otehr people. quite funny right. but it's ok la. the invitation to the party was good enough =)

gosh! today, i slept at 12 am till 12 pm, went out for lunch, came home and slept at 3 pm to 7 pm... i practically slept 16 hours out of the 19 hours.. @.@ i m such a big fat pig! eat and slepe only. but i lost weight.. which is surprising.. but i think i gained them back today by eating 10 super delicious pineapple tarts. =(

Event: skating trip with college friends =)

I LOVE SKATINGGG!!!! n i managed to share the love with yen li and kai yuan. now they think skating is quite fun too. hehe. i can't skate that well but i can skate so i taught mostly kai yuan and a bit yen li on how to skate.i was really happy that Yenli could join us.

so, it was true that she was joining us. Yenli, Kai yuan, Zhi yuen, Terry, Teng jong, Xian Tze, Uran, Adli, and me went skating together. Chee yung and sherrina joined us for lunch later on.

There were some Tv crew there filming people skating and interviewing. one of my friend terry was chosen to be interview. quite cool, he will be on nation TV =) hehe
the program was about telling poeple how fun skating is and they should do this more often rather than lepak-ing somewhere else. which i totally agree! Love skating! it's so fun! =) expecially when you skate relatively fast! the wind blowing past your face is so nice!

it's 2.23 am now and there's like fireworks outside! =) really gives me the cny mood now hehee..

ok back to the topic. Yen li learnt to skate much faster than Kai yuan but they were both fast learners. Yen li fell 4-5 times whereas Kai Yuan fell 11 times(our birthdate num) haha! good number! =) in the end, he became very pro at getting back up himself haha

anyway at about 2.45, we left the skating rink and headed for Full House. super nice atmosphere to have gathering with friends.. food was overall ok. carbonara was not good (do not order that) the set lunch was worth it. RM 16.90 for a huge jar of ice lemon tea, a bowl of mushroom soup(super yummy), one main course( a choice of carbonara, fish or lamb chop) and a dessert. =) super worth it! <3

After eating, we did not realised it was already 5.00 pm. kai yuan and yen li needed to shop for cny clothes while i had some errand to do for my mom. so we separated for awhile. i met up with yen li and headed to D&D shop. she managed to buy a turquoise coloured dress and a white top for cny =) Both for Rm 86. price quite reasonable and she looks nice in them. we tehn joined kai yuan to shop for his. he chose one blue collared t-shirt for himself but we did not really like it cos it look like it was for older men. =D ehhe. so we shopped and finally, he landed with one peach shirt from Pepsi cola *what kind of brand is that* ahha! and one nice blue and red collared t-shirt from Santa Barbara. i keep insisting must buy red for cny ehhee =) he looks good in both, suits him. Of course la, who choose one XD haha. gosh i should stop saying that.

that dya, the three of us went back the latest, left about 7.40pm. and it was so jam! i almost had an accident as the front car braked suddenly and stopped moving. so scary.. my heart skipped a beat seriously. ahha anyway, overall i had so much fun with them today =) we became really close although we only knew each other for a year. guess this is the power of staying back in season parking to chat for 1-2 hours everyday. -,-

EVENT: AS results celebration/ high school group gathering

after getting the AS level results, we went out to celebrate in Pasta Zanmai. it became from a celebration to a gathering in the end. but we still wished each other =) it was a fun night. we talked about Taylors student council applicants, the usual popular "topic" =), JUN YIT!and so on... our topic varies and we always stray far far away from the original topic. John was evil but everything he said made me laugh out REALLY loud. He's so funny and entertaining. =)i really enjoyed that outing. we should totally make it a must to meet up at leats once every month =)

The smarty pants choong hern is the first one to leave in our group. He just left last sunday to Sdyney to further his studies in actuarial science. so sad right. but it's so cool at the same time, he is actually starting uni life while most of us are still stuck here doing A2. =( and waiting for universities' offer. i m so excited for him... Anyway, we had a gathering to say our goodbyes to him. This time we had it at Sushi Zanmai. * we are supporters of the Zanmai chain. haha Lilynn, Munwai, Carmen and i shared to buy him a scarf and a hat as farewell presents and a card with pictures in them for him to rmb our faces.. =) i miss choong hern and his sarcasm.. it makes me laugh, sometimes when i dun catch them, i'll be super blur and he will call me db. so cliche.. but it's fun hanging out with him.

OMG time flies! it's feb already! i m still waiting anxiously for replies from LSE, Warwick and Bath. gah! i want LSE and Warwick. =( *waiting waiting...

last mon, i checked out the breakdown for the asl results and i m super surprised at it. but obviously contented. =) i have been delaying my studying time since like dunno when. gosh. time's short and yet, i m wasting time.

last fri, i went shopping with my dearest shopping buddy, jane and managed to buy 1 dress and 1 spag top from cotton on. only to realised that cotton on quality is not that good. i guess you get what you pay for eh. Rm 29 for the dress and Rm 15 for the top. colour runs =( since then, i tell ppl that cotton on stuff is of low quality. another reason why i thought so was because i heard from a friend of mine that she bought the flats 2 for RM60, one of them lasted for only 30 days, Rm 1 per day and the other is spoiling. -,- i love shopping although it is a super time consuming thing to do.

omg chinese new year is like next SUN! can't wait for it. i think this is the first time i m this excited for chinese new year. the family gathering, the food, the ang pao, the celebration and everything is just so awesome. i like doing these things. after asking some friends on their activity during chinese new year, i realised taht not many actaully celebrate the same way as i do. Some go on holidays overseas and some just treat it like a normal holiday. it is just sad to know that so many is not spending this special time celebrating with their loved ones. some asked me whether i m close to my cousins because i m so excited about it. but i dunno, i just like festivals. =) i like to be around happy people =)

i couldnt really sleep last night. was kinda nervous for the results as i did badly for the actual paper. slept at 1, woke up at 4,6,7 and 7.40. that was when i gave up trying to sleep again and decided to brush my teeth. on the comp at 8 and packed my bag for college.. trying logging in for about half an hour before giving up and continued at about 9.00am. only managed to logged in to the results page at 9.40. saw a c a a. stun. is that my results? then look at the subject, name, then results agian. suddenly hit me. OMG i got 3 as. c for gp but that was kinda expected.

john smsed came, asking how did we, sunway friends, did as well as updated me with taylor friends results.

Gosh! can't believe i m 19 already.. ok in 1 day. XD my mom suggested to have a birthday party because if i managed to go overseas this sept, this would actually be my last birthday at home.

so anyway, the party was supposed to start at 7.00 pm. Zhi yuen and Jia xin were the earliest. They reached at 6.10 pm. ahah! no jam. =) we talked and Jia xin named my pink dolphin Pinky. ahha.. what type of food did we prepare? ermm...mushroom soup, yummy satay, fried rice, fried chicken wing, fried popiah, yam cake, sausages, salad, pretty cupcakes, and fruits.

we ate until it was approx 10 pm before we started playing the traditional party game - Taboo. "my" team lost by 14 cards.. hahah after that, i blowed my quite expensive but yummy tiramisu birthday cake from Alexis.

Yen li was very kind to offer to help wash the dishes. she'd rather wash the dishes than take pic with me.. =( hahaa.. kai yuan was cheering for her in the kitchen and jane was also kind to help yen li. i was there discouraging them. -,- haha!

med went home about 2 am. jane slept over and we talk till about 4.30 am, until my eyes couldn't stand it anymore.

it was quite nice to see everyone i love in this small party of mine. although they were from 2 different groups and it was quite difficult to split myself into 2, i m happy to have them here at my party.

last but not least, i really love my parents for taking all the trouble to have this party for me although we have no maid *the main reason why i wanted the party to be a small one* thanks for buying the food, skipping yoga to prepare for the party, preparing the setting of the place, clean the house, wash the dishes...etc LOVE YOU LOTS <3<3<3 love you too yvonne for... being my awesome sister! hahahh!

high school musical on stage

yesterday, my parents and i went for the high school musical theater show. or at least i thought it was a theater show. we were surrounded by kids. i think we were the only family that went without any child below 12. my dad slept through more than half while my mom slept through about half. hah!

why did we suddenly went to watch it? my dad suddenly sms me asking me whether i wanted to watch it. then i asked why? he said my mom wanted to watch. so i said ok. thats it. so we bought the tickets and went.

it was actually not bad. troy looked like troy from afar. they sing quite well, i m still wondering whether they lip sync.

chee yung's new house is in bukit jalil so i followed yen li there along with kai yuan. All of us PJ people do not know the way to bkt jalil so we decided to leave early *5.30* just in case we get lost which is highly possible. hahah!

So anyway, we started our journey, kai yuan brought his GPS but it couldn't work as the battery was low and yen li's car charger did not work.at one point, yen li and i got instruction from chee yung to go up a flyover and keep left. so when we saw one flyover on the right, we went up and thrn turned left.. it led us to some housing area and i decided we were going the wrong way. so we u-turned. then tried following his instruction again and WENT UP THE FLYOVER AGAIN! ahha then... we concluded that were lost.

wanted to call chee yung. yen li drove into petronas station and everyone was shouting/screaming.

after that, i kept asking kai yuan to pass the phone to me cos his sense of direction is like "super good". =)it was quite noisy in the car and he still had time to slowly explain the situation we were in to chee yung. After everything, i couldn't stop laughing in the car and yen li joined me. it was such a funny incident.

anyway, after that we had no problem looking for chee yung's house and we were early! =) the first ones to reached. took us less than 1 hour which i expected. We had a house tour. the 2 and a half storey corner house was very spacious. i guess all new houses are like these. havent buy stuff to decorate yet. =) chee yung's currently staying in his sister's room which has a walk in wardrobe. i want one next time. hehe.

we had bbq chicken wing and sausages, pizza, mutton rendang, curry chicken, fried mee hoon and mee, watermelon, kuih and zhi yuen's choco brownies. Chee Yung is a very good bbq chef. ahha! his bbq chicken was like perfect and no burns anywhere! guess we found out what his hidden talent was. =)

and omg. his house has a vegetable and fruit garden behind. Jia xin found out and yen li and i decide to see what veges they plant. we had a hard time figuring out what theye were. * i dunno which vege is called what. in the end, we kinda had his mom telling us every vegetables they planted. quite cool la. *economi sara diri. ahha! sejarah!

we had a short walk. played cho dai di, killer. the dog was quite adorable. his ass/tail is so cute! when he's excited, he shakes it until his whole ass moves. the dog was very cute was he was sleepy. <3 cos he doesn't move around so much. hehe

we left his house about 12 am. and i reached home about 12. 30am. quite fast. no jam. =) it was quite fun gathering la. our last gathering before everyone go for hols.

can't believe one year pass by so fast! i was reading my past posts n i actually enjoyed it. i totally forgotten some stuff like how choong and i sang and dance the chicken dance jun yit version! it was freaking funny! i laughed out loud. i miss those days laa! cant believe last time i so semangat change the fonts and colours for different words, emphasizing them.

anyway, i ate durian today =) heheh.. jungle durians. my dad loves them. one of the durian has worms in them and he still ate it. i was like OMG DADDY! he will be like ehmmm, yum, got worm one taste different, nicer. =,= the jungle durians tasted quite wierd. like there was alcohol cos it kinda gave me a burning sensation. hmmm. dunno whether it was spoilt but we finished all anyway.

OMG! i killed so many innocent ants today. about 30 i think. and my dad was like 30 only? there's like a thousand of them in an ant hole. it annoys me that so many is in the house due to the rambutans my dad bought. only ate 2 rambutans coz it was not sweet.

tomorrow is SAT exam for 3 of my friends and TOEFL for one. good luck to all of you! i know you'll all do well in them. smart ppl! =)

last tuesday, my family and some relatives drove up to cameron for a short holiday.we used the old way up as my dad wanted to eat mountain durians. So, we drop by this stall that we went last time to eat some. i was ready to eat some good quality durian, the seller open and saw this big fat worm inside. it was so disgusting.. opened a few more and about 80% were spoilt, i lost my appetite. however, my dad continued eating although it has worms...he purposely choose the one that was eaten by squirrel too. apparently it's the best.Dad:" elaine, you know why the squirrel want to eat this durian, because this durian is good."

anyway, we reached our rented bangalow( Hilltop Bangalow). the place is owned by the yee yan sang family. the stuff inside are mostly antics even the basin and the bathtub. their shower heater uses the gas stove and u can actually see the fire when u shower. quite scary. the weather there was really good. freash air and super cold. i shiver in my sleep.

the next day, we went to hunt for strawberries. <3 love strawberries. after visiting cameron so many times, i finally have to chance to plucked the strawberries. it was fun bringing along my cute nephew and see his reaction while looking for big strawberries. we only managed to pluck about 10 big ones before my nephew complained that he wanted to go back. So, we had to ask a worker there for some help. The worker was very nice to help us pluck about 12 big, red sweet strawberries in such short time.* big red ones are quite difficult to find* washed the strawberries and ate with everyone. it was good. the ones we bought after that cannot compare to it.

other than that, during my free time, i read twilight and finished the book. i've forgotten the storyline so i've decided to read it once again. now i'm reading new moon. plan to finish reading it before i watch the movie. during the night, we watch movies that my dad brought. the first night, we watched The Accident, a hong kong planned "accident" movie. it's quite cool how they make murder into accidents. the second night, we watch Pelham 123. it's quite a good show, i would say. lots of suspense.

anyway, this trip was a relaxing trip, the cool air made it feels like we were overseas. now classes has resumed as normal for 2 weeks. i need to exercise!

long before exam started, med, jane, li lynn and i went out for a small reunion. =) 2 taylorian and 2 sunwayian *-ian damn weird*. haha! decided to go gardens to have our lunch as the place looks damn beautiful.. It is very beautiful.grate atmosphere. should go back wearing floral dresses and drink english tea. being girls, we took lots and lots of picture. <3 we were like jakuns, never seen a place with english decos before. hehe.it was a great time catching up with them. =) i ordered some butter ginger grill fish and ended up throwing almost the whole dish away. it was horrible. -,- i dun like ginger and the ginger taste was super strong and the fish stinks. apparently the fish was not fresh. But the carbonara and the mushroom chicken was not bad. the ice lemon tea was nice. =) it came in a jar! damn cute!

econs and physics paper 1

econs paper 1 was easy =) quite a few past year questions came out. i hope i can get at least 28/30.

phys paper 1 was sad. =( i have already 7 wrong. haizz simple mistake 1, can't decide between 2 ans and ended up choosing the wrong one about 3, and dunno how to do/really did not think about it hence wrong about 3. phy and elaine have no connection at all man... haizz usually past years questions are like so easy but when it is the actual exam time, it's difficult. is it because i did not prepare well for it? maybe,how well is well? it feels well but during exam it's just X.X always...

can't believe exam's ending next monday! =)))) exam feels like a very long time.. 6 weeks. and it's almost over. i want to do so many things after exam.. time feels short.

sounds a bit like my case just that my mind does not go blank? still have some irrelevant and useless points stuck up there.

Econs paper 2 was quite an easy paper, i would say, but i have just no idea as to how i could have fumbled. Usually, i would think the paper(eg. chinese Spm *for me*) was difficult and yes, my results will turn out to be super bad. But, this time, i found the paper easy and yet my brain was not functioning well that i rushed through everything = made careless mistakes?(not so much.) + not writing ans + not seeing the obvious points that they give. My data response was hell bad although the questions were easy.

i've never felt so sad for any paper in my life before. Every time i see my econs file, i will never stop wondering why did i write that kind of answer. it's like low grade answers that i usually do not write. it always happen and as my mom said, i have the tendency to perform well in mock/trial exams, making everyone feel there's a high possibility of getting an A, then after coming form the exam, it's NEVER an A. is this call exam phobia? you do opposite of what u usually do? i rmb telling myself before exam to separate the time for section 1 (45 mins) section 2(45 mins), but when i go into the exam, it was section 1 (30 mins) and section 2(1 hour). i was practically rushing data response when their weightage is the same.

i feel so sad that i disappoint my teachers, who i think had faith in me getting an A , my parents who also thought that physics was the only worry and worse of all, i disappointed myself. i really hated myself for being like this. n now i m really afraid of doing the same to other exams. After econs was statistics. usually, i would come out from statistic feeling normal or happy *cos it's a maths paper*, this time i felt almost like shit. i saw the first question and i was like wth. tried to do std dev for about 5 mins, gave up and started to feel really scared, continue doing 2,3,4 which i later have no confidence in any of the ans anymore, came question 5 which was like ... The first time i saw it, the first time i did, i got a probability >1 and in my heart, i thought to myself that i m in deep shit. the next ques was histogram, i never liked histogram but lucky thing i knew how to draw. when they asked to calculate the mean and std dev. it suddenly hit me, how to count midpoint? i used my hands to find the midpoint. how pathetic was that. i just do not trust myself. *cos in a state that makes mistakes easily* i have no confidence in any of my ans, all of them felt wrong at the ed of the exam. until i discuss some with my friends. i felt relieved. but still lost 3 m already.

If you are not an A material,don't force yourself to be one. i know i m not an A student but seriously, i studied real hard for econs in hope of getting a A, at least above 80% and this just had to happen. No one in the exam hall can feel the disappointment i feel in myself. When i saw my econs teacher and we went through the paper, my teacher asked me what happen to you Elaine!?!? and i was like i dunno. =(

i guess the worst case scenario is an ABB for AS, which is really bad. i really hate it. but what can i do now? i still have 3 papers more and if i go on feeling like this, i will make my econs and physics from B to C. it's time to get over it and stand again. 1 more week!

Dreams

Seriously, Dreaming is my forte. i have been dreaming non-stop for the past few nights. Mummy asked why some ppl (like me) dream so often while some people (like her) seldom dream. n now i wonder too. How i wish i can choose my dream;make it all happy and joyful and filled with laughter, i like the times when i wake up laughing until my eyes teared up. *although i feel quite stupid laughing in my dreams*

the night before halloween, i had a dream about zombies in tropicana female changing room. it was super scary!!! what a dream... i think my soul knows it's time to celebrate Halloween. -,- too bad, can no longer go trick or treating. really missed those days when my neighbours and I went. the amount of sweets and chocolates we received was seriously /^\ *it's suppose to look like a mountain.* XD once, i even rmb receiving one whole box of super duper delicious chocolates.. prob bought from other countries. the fun times where we go crazy creating stupid halloween songs or crazy ways to say happy halloween *trick or treat*. ^.^

Today is another bad day... had a bad dream last night where i got 2 whole question wrong for maths and 9 marks gone! then i rmb zhi yuen telling me that 15 m gone the A gone. so i cried... dunno whether i was crying in my bed la. but it was just bad...

then, as i was bored with the food at home, i decided to go to Black Canyon Coffee for lunch. miss the tom yum soup there. as usual, i parked my car outside. too lazy to find parking inside. i switched off my car engine, preparing to go down. Then this gold merc( some old model la)drove to the front like about 25 m away, and started reversing. so i tot he reverse to park properly until he did not stop reversing. then "bang" my car shake a bit n i just stared at him with my eyes wide open. I can see that he was very scared, he quickly turned his steering wheels and drove off!!!!!!!!!!! i just kept repeating his car plate num so that i won't forget it. then i wrote it in my phone and SAVED it!

On the 29th of september, we went out for a super nice dinner to celebrate my beloved mummy's birthday! <3 hehee... went to Prime Grill at Le Meridien Hotel. It's the most expensive meal i have ever EVER eaten.. but it was good!!! My first time eating Wagyu Beef. Finally i know whats the difference between normal and super juicy, melts in your mouth beef. mummy did not really like it because she said it taste very fat. The ambiance was good, service was great, i feel very important eating there! ahha.. everything in the menu was so expensive. the bill was like RM 700+ for the 3 of us. they even gave mummy complimentary birthday cake-ish dessert. usually free stuff are not that great but this was like damn awesome! That's the difference beween high class restaurant and the rest. we forgotten to take the camera so we had to use our phone cam to take all the photos. =(

i have so much to blog about but don't have the time! prob after exams...

my mocks which i thought was quite horrible turned out quite alright. i m quite happy as i improve from my mid sem. =)

i expected my phys to be between B-C as i really did badly for my paper 2. Did not even managed to fin the paper. =,= but it turned out alright =) n it's like ranked 5/57 students.. surprise surprise. =) made lots of silly mistakes that made me miss the A, sad in that sense.

i expected my econs to be a B but it turned out an A.i tot paper 1 was like difficult and paper 2 turned out much more diff. so i tot die. x.x So, i was like banging the wall to shake off my happiness when i knew my results. glad that my teacher will forecast me an A now. =) hehee

though i did not get staright As for mocks, i improved and it is a good encouragement. At least now i feel there is a chance for me to get straight As =)

back from chiang mai! =) was sick so yesterday slept most of the day. woke up at 10, ate at 11, slept at 1, woke up at 3, ate at 4, slept at 5, woke up at 7.30 , ate at 8. =,= the cough medicine is a good way to cure insomnia... But i am feeling so much better today.. no more sore throat =D hehee

not studying for more than a week is bad for the studying momentum. i feel very lazy, but when i think that exam is in 3 weeks, i will study a bit.

went to the hair saloon today to straighten my hair once again.. it does not look very straightened =) good! hope i dun have to complain about my hair for these few months anymore. hehe

not being determined and need some kicking

what do i want honestly, is to freaking kick my big fat ass for not being "exam smart" and not having the determination. ok i have some determination but prob need more if i really want to get into a good Uni.

Exam smart, according to my mom and i sort of agree, means learning how to think intelligently to try to make full use of the exam time to score YOUR maximun mark and not just rush into panic zone when u see that time's running out, and freak out and the mind goes blank temporarily. i know that not studying in depth is one problem that i m facing currently and i memorize instead or fully understanding the concept. So, when the questions come out in a different way, i often just go like huh???? *hand brushes the hair* squeezing brain juices out. Sometimes i wonder why people study so hard to get a degree, start working, get in love, get married and the if you are lucky, pass away peacefully and satisfied. it's just so cliched.

i'd love to be different and do different things at times. but there's nothing now. Being a student, i just wake up, go to college, lunch, classes ends at 4. 30, jam all the way home, sleep, dinner, watch tv, homework/study, go to bed and tmr, everything just repeats.

is this life? i sort of guessed it is. maybe things will change a little if i m able to go to london uni next year. i m just living in this pampered world right now and taking advantage of it. sometimes i will just snap out of it and realize the comfort i am in and really, honestly appreciate that everyone around me is doing well and is happy, or at least i think they are...

Exams. So what? Scoring straight As? So what? not scoring straight A's means you are either stupid or playing a fool and not trying hard enough? A lot of people have that wrong idea in their heads. but it's the society's expectations nowadays. Someone once said, you have no problem one la, everyone is like getting straight 3 As...i just smiled back. the increasing number of straight As students are rising so fast that some people think that the standard's becoming lower. i cannot say even i sometimes think so, After doing past years question, i think the standard was high, then it's dropping and now rising "slowly?" once again.

Whats the point in thinking about all these? 0 = no point. i just know i still have one month left and there is definitely no time to waste. if i want it, i should freaking go for it right! DO not ever think about doing it LATER, ELAINE TEE! BUCK UP MAN!

i should really go to bed.. couldn't sleep the night before last and yesterday's afternoon nap. quite tired. i spent so much today =( where's the girl who was so giam sap? the thrifty value, where r you?

MTV world stage was yesterday! there were so many people!! like omg. this is my first time going for a concert! =)

we went late and hence missed the first 3 band performances. so sad! i MISSED boys like girls performance!!! rar!

my mom got us Platinum tickets.. i was like : wah got food some more. not bad.. just now dun need to eat dinner lah. * then prob i wouldn't have miss boys like girls performance. platinum are for the higher class ppl where they go there not to watch but to sort of socialize and the songs are like back ground music to them. so i would definitely felt weird if i were to shout and scream.

pixie lott is super sexy and she was quite good that night. i only heard 1 of her song though and it was MAMA DO.

hoobastank was awesome man! it was like quite sudden that they played the ghost busters song but it was good! i had lots of fun! The reason was awesome!!!!

All American reject lead singer was super hyper! *he looks like he was high on drugs* no offence. but i enjoyed his performance.i screamed quite a few times... =) hehee.. Gives you hell.. seriously. the crowd went crazy.. Tyson Ritter is so skinny.. and he looks better in music videos. hehe.

went home after All American reject's performance as my parents wanted to avoid the jam. Many people left at that time too because the main bands - hoobastank, boys like girls and all american reject's performance were over. seriously.. can see the crowd moving away really fast. it's pretty sad for the kasabian but i heard they rocked the house. =)

went to starbucks and bought a Venti mocha frap. and left to Kayu Mamak to meet up with xian hui and her sister for supper. =)

it's been so long ever since i last skated. and today, the 7 of us went skating * jia xin, teng jong, terry, chee yung, sherrina, zhi yuen and me*. it's a once in a blue moon holiday, so must take this opportunity to go out! i know i m suppose to be studying for my mocks, but i swear tmr and sunday, i will be in the library! library makes me more discipline.

anyway, i reached about 10.30 and they went to the arcade to buy some breakfast so i went shopping for a little while. went into nichii. looked for earrings and hand phone holder. but in the end did not find anything that suited me. hais

skating was fun. i did not fall at all but almost fall quite a few times. =) teng jong is a pro skater! ppl who knows how to skate - teng jong, terry, zhi yuen and me(can skate la , not very good only) taught ppl who does not know how to skate - jia xin, chee yung, sherrina until they can skate by themselves. we are good teachers man! =) hehee.. yen li should have came with us!

omggggg!!! i can't believe it. i almost had an accident with my mom in the car!

i was on the way to shell station from ikano to kota direction. i was pressing the accelerator and it was slowly accelerating from 60 to... and suddenly the car in front sort of emergency braked and i slammed my emergency brakes. in my heart, i was like OH MY GOD! It's going to crash!!!!. my car wanted to continue due to inertia but the front tyres were stopped by the brakes the it kinda sink at the front. there was a loud screeching sound. it felt like in those movies where the car tries to brake and the tyre had sparks. seriously, it felt exactly like that!

what a bad experience! my mom was scolding me saying i always press the accelerator although the front car's brake lights were on. the thing was i did not remember seeing the brake lights on and when i saw, i immediately hit my emergency brake. i think it was like 3-5 seconds.* my slow human reaction time* lucky thing there were no car behind me if not 100% crash!

when i went down to pump petrol, my hands were shaking without me realizing. it was super scary. i think if i actually crashed, the airbags would have come out. the impact will be very big. THANK GOD!

Alsco bbq dinner 18/7/09

finally got some pics =)

after planning for quite some time, the Alsco bbq dinner was held previous fri. my mom did not want me to drive as i did not know the way to usj 13 park. * my sense of direction at Subang is hopeless!* So, she asked me to ask lucas to fetch me. haha! anyway, this guy told me to be ready at 4. 45 and only came about 5.15 pm. -,- Bet he was doing his hair or something like that. *jk* he was very kind to agree to send me there. =) thank you ho cheok neng!

when we reached, they were cooking already. the garlic bread was good man! *i was hungry. hehe. there were marinated lamb and chicken wing, salad, corn in not cup but in tupperware XD, marshmallow, burnt celery, 100 plus, winter melon can, chrysanthemum can, garlic bread, the awesome cheese and garlic cocktail sausages, watermelon and honeydew.. supposed to have baked potatoes too but mun wai left it at home.@.@ haha!

i just realized that i have never been to a lot of bbq dinner before and this is like my first time barbecuing meat. usually i will just chat and take ready cooked meat =) but this time i actually did it! what a accomplishment! my 2 si fu were xian tze and tian yuan. it was super good! it was tender and juicy, the lamb was still a lil red but no blood. it was quite perfect and it was my FIRST TIME! hehehe. i was too lazy to cook the chicken wing so jen wei and wen xian helped me. =) chicken wing takes a super long time to cook.

after eating, we played some games. the first one was a korean version of splat a.k.a 007, bing beng bang and god knows how many more other names. it was quite funny as at the start you actually ahve to say charging charging chargiing the start shocking ppl. i decided that bing beng bang was more interesting so we switched to that game. =) it was really fun. i think i won in the first game. unfortunately not in the second game. the guys were so happy when they managed to kick me out as i was the only girl left. haizz.. guys and their ego...XD anyway, after that, we played the clapping game *sorry i dun think there is a name to that game* the game is like this: everyone has their own action and we continue the game by passing on to the next person by repeating their action.

the last game we played was Monkey! it's been super duper long since all of played. hehe. jia xin is the Monkey Queen as she kept becoming the monkey. so funny. then half way playing the game, we started barking. we bark at her she bark back. XD

i had lots of fun with them. this is officially our last event. i have never once regretted joining alsco. it was great being with them =)

hiii!!! it's been more than a month since i last blogged..! it just suddenly feel so natural not to blog. guess it's kinda boring already. there are so many things until i don't feel like blogging. still waiting for pics from xian tze and stephanie to blog about the ALSCO bbq party.

i LOVE josh groban! he is just so awesome! and he is not to say super old. it's so soothing... i can listen to it and sleep. Thank you Kai yuan ! i m listening them now! <3

Last Fri, sky, clifford, terry, kin wai, zhi yuen, hui ling, sherrina, yen li, jia xin, steph, tian yuan, me and mr leo went to William's for dinner after july adhoc's first event- Amazing Hunt as their orientation. Terry and sherrina did not know the way so sher followed yen li while terry followed m e. it was so freaking jam but it's usual for Ldp. In the end, both terry and sher lost us. it was funny. i was quite far ahead of him - bout 9 to 10 cars i think. we were on the phone trying to describe our location to each other. eg. i said i see the olympus and canon advert, i m passing it. terry said er... i don't see any, oh wait! i see it! it's small. after a while, he called again and zhi yuen or kin wai said we just went up the bridge, now going down. it was quite funny. i was driving super slow for the first time in hope that terry can catch up. 10 to 20 Kmh. -,- and there was a long empty stretch in front of me. however, i thought it was impossible for him to catch up so i decided to meet him at the nearest petrol station. On the other hand, yen li got sher to drive all the way to ss2 to meet her there. Williams is good la. i really love the cheese naan there. oh not to mention the soft shell crab fried rice too! Yummy! in total, the meal was about Rm 300 i think!!

we met this really adorable boy about 7 years old. he's a transformer fan like ME!!! he was calling for the indian drink fella. he was like, " HEllo! Hello!" then i assume yen li thought he was talking to her so she also shouted hello! it was so random!!!!! everyone laughed out loud! that's how we made friends with him. another funny thing he did was he called kai yuan a GIRL three times continuously!!! like GIRL GIRL GIRL! while pointing at kai yuan. it was hilarious! kai yuan just stun there. i forgotten the boy's name chan something yun... anyway, it was a great dinner. this was my first time having dinner with so many college friends. Mr leo was extra nice that night! ^.^ he was like a host! hehee

anyway, last fri was the amazing hunt. our juniors organized. although there were many flaws. Fun could be seen on everyone's face. it was a good attempt but could have been better. =) i feel so old and experienced. XD
